Overview

Product knowledge lived in scattered PDFs, decks and tribal memory. Different regions taught different (and sometimes outdated) information, and every product launch meant rebuilding training from scratch.

I built a single modular knowledge hub in Rise — structured so new products slot in cleanly, and so each module can be localized into nine languages without redesigning the whole thing.

The challenge

Information changed constantly and had to stay consistent across nine languages and a dozen regions. Any design that was expensive to update would rot within a quarter.

The approach

I designed for change first — a structure built to be updated and translated, not just launched.

  • Modular by productEach product is a self-contained block, so launches add rather than rebuild.
  • Localization-readyText separated cleanly from layout so translation never breaks the design.
  • Single sourceOne master hub replaced region-by-region duplicates and version drift.
  • Fast imageryAI-assisted visuals (Gemini) sped up producing consistent product graphics at scale.

The solution

A living Rise library with a consistent per-product template, a translation workflow across nine languages, and clear governance so regional teams pull from — rather than fork — the master.
